We are a bit of a clingly family s othe mega reunion is once a quarter...i made a chocolate cake to die for but unfortunately i didnt take a pic of a slice......i still rock. inside it had 4 layers of dark chocolate ganache and ilala cream liquer and a hint of orange essence. you'd never tell.

Yummmmmmm... My mouth is watering seeing all the cakes you make. Can i make a deal with you?... i can open a bakery shop for yaa here in the states..we share the profits and you treat me with a different cake once a month (i am getting old so have to keep away from the sweets and fatty stuff...Cholesterol is in the genes..hehehe). I guess i forgot to wish your parents but hey its never too late.. wish them on my behalf. I called the other day to talk to Amos before his interview and got to talk to Shamini & Claire.
Anyway got to get back to work..take care and give my regards to everyone in the family.

Aw, you're so sweet. I'd rather make cakes as a hobby or on special occasions instead of as a profession because then i wouldn't start hating doing it.
It's too bad Amos isn't going there anymore, I had a whole list of things i wanted to send to you (seeing as you wouldn't give me your postal address)... I guess that means you have to visit ME now so I can bake you a cake!
